Remuera Home (In progress)

QBS will be transforming this early 1900's heritage villa in Remuera into a modern architectural masterpiece for Chris Tate.

Our scope of works include a new level added to the home, deconstruction of the rear to make way for a new extension, outdoor living, pool and entertainment zone, full interior renovation and reconfiguration, high end finishes like polished concrete floors, Italian tiles, home gym & office, designer kitchen & more! One of the key features will be the striking elevation looking back towards the house as it lights up like a piece of art!Stay tuned on instagram to see it get built! Delivery date March 2024.
