St Heliers Home

A new home on a difficult site in St Helliers. When we began on this site there was no access, we had to deal with the winter rains on a 45 degree sloping site with multiple stepped retaining walls and driven piles to even get out of the mud. The build had some Architectural design, but was also designed to be budget friendly due to the cost of site works and land purchase. This was a 12 month build due to the site conditions.
